Foodman”s New Series Redefining Cooked Food – Part 1

In today’s run-of-the-mill life, we do not run only for food or a sinful stomach, but we do our work for a combined need of our car flat house insurance and diseases. We have many excuses to work, but if we start compromising with the power to work and the nutrition of the body, then how long will we be able to run?

Most importantly, if our food remains raw or is not cooked properly, then from our digestive system to many of our physical activities, the hormones and other essential components produced in the body can also have a bad effect. In today’s run-of-the-mill life, the hurry of every work can also help in the early arrival of many physical diseases. Nowadays it has come to be seen that the housewives and the person kept making roti puffs up the roti very quickly. But the swelling of the roti is not an indication of the ripeness of the roti. Often, in haste, many parts of puffed bread remain raw. Which you can feel by applying ghee or seeing after some time. This practice can be seen in most marriage ceremonies and feasts.

Raw flour can cause indigestion, pain, and many digestive problems for the stomach. And it can also become the root cause of many lifestyle diseases. Two to three decades ago, bread was cooked by the housewives on a low flame. With the passage of time and in wedding feasts, cooks and confectioners have seen the practice of puffing rotis on high flame and after being half-baked, is a nationwide trend today. Flour selling companies have established such a prejudice in the mind of every man and woman. Ask anyone that everyone has perfect roti, round and puffy roti is the best.(Note – Roti is a type of Indian bread that is baked on a griddle on both sides until puffed, it is made like a tortilla and has been made for centuries.)
While this is only half true. Puffed roti, if cooked in medium and low flame and puffed slowly and bursts, is a completely cooked roti in true sense. Decades ago, when there used to be stoves in the houses, even then they used to reduce the flame and cook bread on the embers of the fire. Not in the flame of gas. Many domestic machines and industrial machines have been used to make roti, but there is no alternative to hand-made roti. The biggest reason for which is that there is no parameter for baking bread. Bread is a taunt of the sight and smell of cooking. Which can come only on the basis of experience. Neither it can be made by anyone’s learning nor by technology like Artificial Intelligence.

For your health, you should also take out time in the busy moments of life and eat fully cooked roti and stay healthy.
