Today MSG is mostly imported from China in India. About 10500 tonnes of MSG is consumed in India. Which is surprising. The thing to note is that 60 percent of this quantity is consumed in the unorganized market i.e. street vendors, restaurants, hotels etc. The daily dosage of any ingredient of glutamate is said to be only 6 grams.

Note – (The limit of daily intake or daily use is fixed. But the daily as well as continuous quantity of these food ingredients is not fixed anywhere. And this is the cause of our diseases, Global Propagandial Health and Food Agency or this But it plays. You are told what is the maximum daily quantity of any medicine or food ingredient in a day. But in the case of taking it continuously, for how long and how much should be its quantity, it is hidden. So that Global business houses can do as they wish)

There are many ways to make Chinese salt or MSG or glutamate. In which glutamate is to be obtained by fermenting most of the meat industry’s waste leaving the micro-organisms that produce glutamate like curd. And for this, the wastes of slaughterhouses of cows, pigs and chickens like fat, blood and tendencies etc. are used.

Glutamate is found naturally in many vegetables and beans. But extracting glutamate from them is expensive. To avoid contradiction, this discussion is ended on a specific type of kelp. But the truth is that maximum glutamate or MSG which is exported by China to India.

The waste of animal slaughterhouses is made by the fermentation process itself.
MSG is a cause of controversy in many Muslim countries. But it is disposed of on the kelp. MSG is banned in Pakistan.
