Who are we relying on in a life surrounded by diseases?

Today is World Food Safety Day. Food safety does not mean the safety of food, but to attract public attention to the issue of safety from food damage. Even today, 2 to 3 people die every day in India due to food negligence or food poisoning. And everyday thousands of people fall ill due to carelessness of eating and drinking and are caught by lifestyle diseases.

Foodman has always tried to make its readers aware of the harm caused by food and through news that the number of patients is increasing in society today. There is a need to stop somewhere and think about this matter. Will multinational companies decide our whole life?

Today, allergies, asthma and those diseases which used to occur in old age are being seen in young and small children today. Even in prosperous families, children are being born malnourished or handicapped or retarded from birth. The most affected is the middle class. Those who have digestive problems from the very beginning of their life, at the age of 25, allergy and blood pressure medicine starts. Diabetes up to 30 and kidney or liver related diseases up to 35 and prostate and dialysis bypass surgery or stent have to be done by the time it comes to 40. After 50, only medicines and hospitals become an integral part of life. And the end is also being fixed on the bed  of a government hospital or ventilator of a private hospital.

 Apart from all this, in a life surrounded by many serious diseases, can’t we consider their causes and reasons. Can’t we avoid these diseases by connecting the same precautions that we have to follow after illness with normal life? By making small changes in our normal life, we can not only maintain our health. Rather, in future, you can save your money which is spent on the treatment of these diseases. Listening to the government’s plan seems to be the solution to the problem. But one brings many new problems along with it. Should we now prepare ourselves for our food related problems? You have to be ready.
